Last week my sister hosted a Fashion Swap Party in her home.
Whats a fashion swap you ask? Well its where you clean out your closet of clothes, shoes, handbags, and jewelry. For every item you bring to the party you may "swap" it out for another item. We had over 20 gals with over a 100 items to swap out.

My Beautiful Mother It was so exciting to see everyone bring their goodies and grab their "shopping bags" and shop!
And believe it or not there were no "cat fights"- but we did have several straws cut in various sizes just in case we needed to draw straws for a wanted item. But with everyone being all different shapes and sizes there was plenty to go around AND we even had 6 bags of clothes left over. Anything that was not taken was donated to a local church. We also had lots of yummy food!! cuz when you shop you gotta eat too!

We also had various vendors to shop from and raffle off items: Stella & Dot, JCrew, Amanda Carol Interiors, MOCO Zumba, Confectionally Yours.
We have already had several people ask us to do another one in the Fall. It was so much fun and such a great way to freshen up your wardrobe for free!!! So gather all your girlfriends and host a Fashion Swap party in your area!!!
