I love both of these groups. I think this is also a very clever idea: Take two groups of different calibers and have them cover each other's songs. It's great marketing. . Please do not think that there is no creativity in this EP. Even though they are doing each other's previously recorded songs... they sound completely different. Friendly Fire's cover of "Hold On" is more alternative sounding than electronic. Whereas Holy Ghost's cover of "On Board" is more souped up with electronic beats and pop sounds. It gives you a taste of what each band sounds like in a different way. . I'd love to see more bands do this. I mean seriously, what if there were a MGMT vs. Chromeo EP! .
